Every Shot Taker item is made to order, just for you. Because each piece is printed and fulfilled on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse. We strongly encourage you to review our size guide carefully before placing your order.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, Shot Taker is not liable for loss or theft. If your package is lost in transit before delivery confirmation, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We ask that you contact us at support@shottaker.co before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed.
Changes to This Policy
Shot Taker reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page.
